The Verity Differentiator: A Holistic Approach
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: We are integrating LPCs with PCIT training into our clinic this year. You will work alongside mental health professionals to provide a truly wrap-around experience for every family.
• Clinical Autonomy: You have the final word on clinical decisions. We trust your expertise to drive outcomes.
• Intentional Workspace: Our clinic on Eldorado Pkwy is designed for focus and safety, featuring specialized areas like our "Treehouse" and "Wonder Workshop."
• RBT Professionalism: We champion our RBTs with industry-leading pay and training, resulting in stronger teams and more consistent therapy for your clients.
Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary: $85,000 – $98,000 + Performance Bonuses.
• Generous PTO: We prioritize your mental health with a competitive and flexible paid time off package.
